We provide analysis, strategy, and administrative assistance to help clients improve their credit profiles and dispute inaccuracies. We are strictly an advisory service. We are NOT a bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), credit bureau, or lending institution. We do not provide loans, issue credit cards, or directly alter credit scores.

2. No Guarantee of Score Improvement

While we apply industry best practices and deep expertise to assist you, we cannot and do not guarantee a specific numeric increase in your credit score within a specific timeframe. CIBIL and other credit scores are calculated by independent credit bureaus based on proprietary algorithms and your actual credit behavior. Accurate negative entries (e.g., legitimately missed payments) cannot legally be removed through the dispute process.

3. Client Responsibilities

For our services to be effective, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding your financial history.
• Promptly forward any correspondence received from credit bureaus or lenders to our team.
• Follow the strategic recommendations provided by our consultants (e.g., maintaining low credit utilization, making timely payments on active accounts).
• Not apply for new credit without consulting us during the credit improvement process, as hard inquiries can negatively impact the strategy.

4. Payment Terms

Our consulting fees are outlined during your initial consultation based on the complexity of your case. By engaging our services, you agree to pay the stipulated fees. Services will commence only upon receipt of the agreed-upon payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Jononi Creditcure Solutions Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without our explicit written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jononi Creditcure Solutions Private Limited, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our advisory services, including but not limited to loan rejections, varying interest rates, or financial losses.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kamrup, Assam.
